Hekate Conscious You(th)

Hekate Conscious You(th) is a proud community of Hekate Conscious Ageing. Ageing might sound scary and difficult to digest, especially when you’re only in your 20’s and are still very young, we know. You don’t even need to think about getting old one day, yet, although researches show massive benefit of consciously visualising ourselves in a more progressed age. What we can still do is to have a clear dream about our lives and ourselves in our 30’s, 40’s, 50’s…and maybe 90’s! We promise it won’t hurt, here is why:

We believe that living our lives in a conscious, critical, fulfilling way cannot start early enough. Let us talk about balance, success, happiness, fulfilling career, healthy ageing, or sustainability, all route in consciousness. Consciousness in thoughts, feelings, choices and actions. While we realize its value more and more, it is still something missing from our education to practice embracing consciousness. We might understand what it is, we might have conscious moments or areas in our lives and we might have difficulties with expanding consciousness to anywhere we want to. Living in a conscious way might feel difficult, takes effort and requires practice. The sooner we start practicing it, the sooner we can step out of following wired patterns and take control of our lives. As Ralp Waldo Emerson says:

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there’s no path and leave a trail.’

Ralp Waldo Emerson

In the Hekate Conscious You(th) Community we doubt, question, think, and take actions consciously to build our path we wish for and to leave a trail.

Hekate Conscious You(th) is leading youngsters to self-leadership and guiding them on the path of growth with various tools, methods and support adapted to their needs. We create space for self-discovery, learning through experiences and continuous growth.

We are specialised in various meaningful areas such as sustainability, intergenerational co-creation, youth empowerment, anti-loneliness movement, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, leadership, project management, empathy, listening, inclusion, self-realization….and probably many more.

We are building a  locally routed – globally connected, intergenerational, intercultural, multi-passionate community with our core values we strongly identify with: consciousness, care, diversity and accountability.

CONSCIOUSNESS  in our thoughts, in our feelings, in our  choices, in our actions throughout our life. We believe that conscious choices are key for creating  meaningful and sustainable lives and communities around us, conscious actions are key for taking responsibility for our learning, growing and healthy and active progression in life.

CARE for ourselves (self-care), care in our relationships (other-care), caring about people (people-care), communities &  society (social care), towards our environment with all living species inside (Earth-care). Care, that makes us trustful, authentic and sustainable.

DIVERSITY in culture, geographical, educational or economical background, age, obstacles, life path, goals and passions. We believe that it is crucial to acknowledge, accept and embrace all diversities with pride in order to build and maintain powerful and resilient communities.

ACCOUNTABILITY for our lives. We believe that accountability is a must to identify, acknowledge  and act upon on one’s personal and social responsibilities. We believe that accountability implies consciousness, responsibility and growth mindset.

The mover and shaker of Hekate Conscious You(th) is Nori who is closely and regularly thinking together, dreaming and planning with the fantastic founders: Milena and Kinga. Our volunteer, Anna, helps us with communication and marketing. We are proud to represent the diversity in our group that we so much value: the power of our differences in age, experience, and life path, combined with the same passion for powerful communities brings the best out of us for You(th)! 🙂
